Group Therapy
I believe that an important part of healing is knowing you are not alone in your struggles and group therapy is an amazing way to experience that for yourself. Whether that is through sharing your story, education, or activity, beginning an online support group for women I encourage you to find connection and can be a source of additional support as you continue your recovery journey.
Yoga for Eating Disorder Recovery
This will be a one-hour yoga class followed by 30 mins of processing and education. Each class will be designed specifically to support your eating disorder recovery journey. The group will be open, meaning you can start at any time! The class will be trauma-informed.
Part of the proceeds from each class will go to support the Missouri Eating Disorder Association (MOEDA) with its mission to fight eating disorders, educate communities, and save lives!
